1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Security Wizards, Inc., including but not limited to:

• CCTV and surveillance systems

• Low‑voltage wiring

• Audio and intercom systems

• Electrical locks and access control

• Gate systems

• TV mounting

• LED strip installation

• Other security and home‑improvement services

By hiring, purchasing, or using any service from Security Wizards, Inc., you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

Security Wizards, Inc. provides professional installation and configuration of security and home‑technology equipment. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or not feasible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

• Provide safe access to the property and installation areas.

• Ensure all structural and electrical elements are suitable for installation.

• Inform Security Wizards, Inc. of any pre‑existing damage.

• Obtain property owner/landlord permission when required.

• Ensure pets, children, and valuables are secured away from the work area.

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to cancellation fees.

4. Pricing, Payments & Deposits

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

• A deposit may be required for large projects.

• Deposits are non‑refundable once equipment is purchased or scheduling is confirmed.

• All materials, equipment, and hardware must be paid in full before installation.

5. Refunds & Returns

Service Refunds

• Refunds are only available if work has not begun.

• Completed labor is non‑refundable.

Hardware Returns

• Hardware (cameras, locks, audio equipment, LED products, etc.) may be returned within 14 days, only if:

  • unused,

  • in original packaging,

  • not damaged.

• Special‑order or custom hardware is non‑returnable.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

Security Wizards, Inc. provides:

• 90‑day labor warranty on installations.

• Manufacturer warranty on equipment, if offered by the brand.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• water, flooding, fire,

• tampering or modification by the customer or third parties,

• improper use,

• electrical surges,

• accidents or physical impact.

7. System Limitations

Security Wizards, Inc. does not guarantee:

• prevention of crime,

• uninterrupted system operation,

• Wi‑Fi/network performance,

• third‑party equipment reliability.

Customer understands that environmental factors and property infrastructure impact performance.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Security Wizards, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We are not responsible for loss of data, footage, property, or income.

• Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

9. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointment times are estimates.

• Delays may occur due to prior jobs, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

• Missed appointments may incur a service fee.

10. Property Access & Safety

Customer must ensure:

• all areas are accessible,

• no hazards exist (wet floors, loose wiring, unstable structures),

• electrical systems meet safety codes.

If unsafe conditions are found, work may be paused or cancelled.

11. Changes to Work

Any changes to the original scope (extra wiring, additional devices, structural modifications) will incur additional charges.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in New York state or federal courts.
